Payment Dates, Cancellation & Refund Policy


HDI Dancer double room occupancy $1,575 | triple room occupancy $1,425 | quad room occupancy $1,350
Chaperones and Family double room occupancy $1,375 | triple room occupancy $1,225 | quad room occupancy $1,175

Payment Dates

$350 per person – due with registration
$500 per person – due 60 days from November 1st
Final Balance – Due no later than November 1st (unless prior arrangements have been made)

Payment Methods

Credit Cards: Please make all Credit Card Payments online.
Checks: Please make checks payable to KIDS ARTISTIC REVUE. A $25 service fee will be applied to returned checks.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation penalties will apply:

121 days or more prior to departure – $100 per person
90 – 120 days prior to departure – 25% of package price per person
45 – 89 days prior to departure – 50% of package price per person
44 - 21 days prior to departure – 75% of package price per person
Less than 20 days prior to departure – 100% of package price per person
Refund checks will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of cancellation.


These rules have been established to make the trip safe and enjoyable for everyone. In the event that a participant’s conduct threatens his/her welfare or the welfare of others, he/she will be sent home at his/ her own expense.

* All participants must be accompanied by a designated adult chaperone.
* Chaperones are responsible for their participant at all times.
* Participants must be on time to participate in all scheduled activities.
* Participants are expected to have responsible conduct and positive attitudes.
* Dating and fraternizing will not be allowed.
* All participants must be at least 12 years of age or older.
* All participants must be in the Secondary, Intermediate or Elite Level

Terms of Participation

Kids Artistic Revue acts only as an agent, and assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the tour or production activities, or with companies through which accommodations, transportation, or meals are secured nor for any services or any carriage, vessel, aircraft, conveyance, or company used wholly or in part in the performance or its duty to passengers.

Kids Artistic Revue shall not be responsible for any breach of contract of any intentional or careless action or omission on the part of suppliers or event staff, which may result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to participants.

Kids Artistic Revue is not responsible for acts of God, breakdowns in machinery, acts of government or other authorities, acts of war or terrorism, declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, customs regulations, weather delays or cancellations of or change in itinerary, or any loss beyond their control.

Kids Artistic Revue is not responsible for any additional expenses or liability sustained or incurred by the participant as a result of any of the foregoing clauses. There will be no refunds or substitutions for services, meals, tours, accommodations or transportation missed or not used by participants for any reason once the program has begun.

I agree that the sending of deposits and retention of tickets shall constitute my consent to the Terms of Participation.

Registration will remain open until event is full. Kids Artistic Revue reserves the right to close registration early when the maximum space if filled.
